I use to love going up to Maine for the Lobsterfest. I can’t really go anymore, so I do the next best thing and get a Lobster Roll Kit. All you do is sauté the meat in the butter for a few minutes, add to the meat to the roll, drizzle with lemon and a bit more of Kate’s Homemade Butter and you have one of the best tasting lobster rolls available.
